Pre-Work Planning

  • Review contract requirements, TMPs, project drawings, and specifications
  • Allocate competent and qualified personnel to each project
  • Ensure equipment, signage, and plant meet compliance and certification standards

On-Site Quality Control

  • Daily inspections by Site Supervisors and TTM/STMS personnel
  • Verification of correct signage placement, spacing, visibility, and condition
  • Continuous monitoring of site safety conditions and traffic flows
  • Toolbox talks to ensure all workers understand the scope, hazards, and quality expectations

Documentation & Reporting

  • TMP compliance checks
  • Daily traffic management reports (TMDs)
  • Incident/Near Miss reporting and corrective action tracking
  • Equipment inspection logs and maintenance registers

Training & Competency

  • Only trained and certified personnel are deployed to job sites
  • Ongoing refresher training for TC, STMS, TMO, and civil construction staff
  • Supervisors ensure all workers are competent for assigned tasks
